HP Latex R2000 + NEOLT Automatic Feeder & Stacker
Automates repetitive board handling around the HP Latex R2000, including stack-height management, vacuum pickup, delivery toward the printer, output ejection and finished-board stacking.
Two HP production platforms. Two very different media-handling challenges. One clear automation story. At the HP Graphic Arts booth in Las Vegas, NEOLT Factory demonstrated rigid-panel feeding and stacking around the HP Latex R2000 Series and jumbo-roll handling for the HP Latex FS70 W.
Two demonstrations worth another look
The two systems addressed different production problems. The R2000 demonstration focused on moving rigid sheets into and away from the printer. The FS70 W demonstration focused on supplying long roll-fed jobs from a much larger source roll.

Pairs HP's 126-inch industrial Latex platform with external heavy-roll handling designed to feed larger source rolls toward the printer for longer, more continuous roll-fed production.
Rigid-panel production
The printer remains the print engine. NEOLT handles the repetitive movement around it so rigid media can be staged, picked, delivered, ejected and stacked with less repetitive manual board handling.
The published HP R2000 configuration uses an automatic loading table with vacuum suction cups and independent motion control. On the output side, motorized handling supports panel ejection and stacking while automatic table leveling maintains the working stack height as material is consumed or collected.
Superwide roll-fed production
The HP Latex FS70 W provides the high-production 126-inch printing platform. The external NEOLT system manages the source roll and controls media feed toward the printer.
The Model 4 platform is designed as an independent unwinder or rewinder for printing, cutting and combined production environments. Published features include automatic speed management through an analog dancer roll, a pneumatic expanding roll-holder shaft, laser roll-diameter sensing, brushless motor drive, touchscreen control and onboard safety sensors.
One show, two automation problems
Rigid-panel automation and jumbo-roll handling are not competing approaches. They solve different material-movement problems around different HP production platforms.

Why the demonstrations mattered
Both demonstrations centered on the same operating idea: improving output means looking at the movement of media before and after printing, not only the rated speed of the print engine.
Automation can take recurring board movement or heavy-roll control out of the operator's most repetitive production tasks.
Feeding systems matter when the goal is to keep a productive print engine working instead of waiting on the next manual material step.
Floor space, media dimensions, utilities, service access, staging and downstream movement all affect the final production configuration.
The best configuration depends on the actual media mix, job length, substrate behavior, roll dimensions and production priorities of the shop.

From show-floor demonstration to production planning
Whether the bottleneck is repetitive board handling or heavy source rolls, the next step is to evaluate the media, job lengths, floor space and production goals that define the real workflow.
Product values shown on this recap are drawn from the dedicated HP Latex R2000 + NEOLT feeder/stacker page and HP Latex FS70 W + NEOLT Jumbo Unwinder page. Final configurations should be confirmed for the intended media, dimensions, production layout, utilities and installation environment.
