The Neolt Factory Model 4 Colorado is the definitive jumbo roll automation solution for Canon Colorado M-Series printers. Engineered to handle rolls up to 500 kg (1,102 lbs), this system enables continuous, unattended production runs that would be impossible with standard roll handling.


Its smart optical sensor system monitors tensioner position in real time, automatically controlling clockwise or counterclockwise rewinding to maintain perfect media tension throughout the entire roll — from the first meter to the last. The result is consistent print quality, zero media telescoping, and dramatically reduced operator involvement.


The Model 4 can be configured as an unwinder feeding media into the Colorado, a rewinder collecting finished output, or integrated upstream and downstream simultaneously for a fully closed-loop roll-to-roll production line. Custom dimensions are available to fit any production floor layout.

The Neolt Factory XY Matic Trim Plus Online transforms your Canon Colorado into a complete print-to-sheet production system. Integrating directly inline with the printer, it automatically trims printed output into finished sheets — eliminating the need for a separate cutting step and the labor costs that come with it.


The system performs both horizontal and vertical precision trimming in a single pass, delivering installer-ready wallpaper panels, poster sheets, and specialty media with perfectly square edges. With cutting widths up to 210 cm (82.6 in) and a maximum cutting thickness of 1.2 mm, it handles virtually every substrate the Colorado can print on.
